You may order either whole pod, or diced green chile.  Our frozen green chili/chile consists of open flame roasted, hand peeled and chopped green, or whole chili/chile from Hatch, N.M., 1 lb. and 2 lb bricks. Diced comes in 2 lb bricks.  The whole pod is in 1 lb bricks/bags.  Both are flame roasted green chile. Harvested fresh, flame roasted, partially peeled, diced when applicable, packed and flash frozen in bricks to lock in the flavor--all within 24 hours.
